Creating a community and increasing productivity

Thank you for your continued trust in us and your staffer(s). Following our efforts to give you, our client, greater value, we present the second installment of “The Three Things”. These are the monthly three most important items that I believe are emerging and/or relevant regarding staffing, international staffing, hiring, etc. This month, we will focus on creating a community and increasing productivity.

1. Delegate Your Way to Freedom!

If you are not already a part of our social media groups “Delegate Your Way to Freedom”, please join here: Facebook Group or LinkedIn Group. Join on whichever platform you use most often. These groups have become an efficient way for us to share helpful resources on how to make great use of your Staffer(s). We also provide delegation tips and other articles on productivity. Finally, we want these groups to become the place you and other like-minded lawyers flock to when needed help with time-saving business issues and delegation. Help us build a great community for you!

2. Book your “Candid Convo”.

As a valued client, we’re excited to invite you to be part of our Candid Convos vlog, where we discuss virtual staffing in the new remote economy. For a 15-minute (or less) recorded interview our host, Joe Bravo, asks you questions revolving around your successful journey and your experience in having virtual team members. The final version will be sent out to our email list and include it on our social media channels. You can also use the footage to promote yourself on social media. If this sounds like something you’d like to participate in, please book your interview HERE.

3. Save up to 20 hours a month with Office Hours.

If you’ve kept up with our social media and monthly webinars, you know we’re bullish on Zoom office hours. Zoom office hours are set blocks of time each week where your assistant sends out a zoom link, and anyone with a question that is proper for you to answer, can pop into your Zoom waiting room and ask their questions when you’re ready. Office hours prevent your team from seeking your time each day and causing disruptions and interruptions, which are productivity killers. Think about your law school professor – could you interrupt their day anytime you wanted, or did you have to go sit outside their office door during their set office hours and wait for your turn? It’s the same concept, and it’s a game changer. You will save up to five (5) hours a week if done properly. If you missed our webinar on office hours and the OI90 formula where we discuss the benefits of office hours and the issues matrix, visit our Website to get the most out of its benefits. You can also download the free guide HERE.

We hope you find this information useful and beneficial. See you next month with three other “things” specifically designed for you!
