The mission of the Intake Specialist
I will enable you to manage every step of the intake process effectively, I will ensure you have all the information you need and provide your new clients with a pleasant and seamless experience throughout the sales process.
Whether to do in-depth screenings or to follow up with clients to keep them on track with their case requirements, I will be responsible for setting up meetings in the calendar and making the necessary phone calls.

Dealing with client inquiries
- Screen out bad prospects.
- Refer incorrect prospects to your referral contacts and keep track.
- Keep your referral partners updated on matters they've sent you.
- Set paid consultations and take the money.
- Follow up with prospects who paid for a consult and who are a great fit but didn't sign up after the consultation at least seven times or until they say "yes" or "no".
- Keep track of all calls and prospects in the CRM.
- Create sales reports on a monthly or weekly basis.
- Serves as an emergency back up to the receptionist.
- Watch / listens to recordings weekly to learn how to improve conversations.
- Create follow up glide paths and recommend improvements thereto.
