The mission of the Receptionist
With your training, I will be able to learn all of the procedures and policies of your law firm and communicate effectively with anyone who contacts your business via phone or email.
I will also send prospective clients in the right direction, prequalifying them before they meet with your Intake Specialist.
I can also handle basic logistics for you and your team, like booking flights, calling event venues, and more.
