I will have your business and personal financial information organized and generate invoices.
I am comfortable with handling several documents and monitoring all the channels data is coming from, categorizing information, and keeping everything stored correctly.
With your guidance, I can adapt to any tool you use to streamline your billing process.

- Add attorney time entries into billing software.
- Create time entries pursuant to firm's guidelines.
- Run pre-bills and sit with the firm owner/manager every week to review.
- Make corrections to pre-bills and run invoices.
- Send invoices to clients.
- Track work in progress and flag attorneys when matters exceed $5,000 so the firm can send intermediate bills to clients and keep them happy.
- Provide basic financial reporting with help of software.
- Collect accounts receivable.
- Handle initial clients queries and escalate when necessary.
