Candid Convos with Venar Ayar

Candid Convos with Venar Ayar featuring our Brand Ambassador, Joe Ambassador.

Candid Convo time! We are excited to share with you our newest Candid Convos; where we discuss virtual staffing in the new remote economy with a business owner, or lawyer, who utilizes virtual staff. In this episode, Joe, the host, has an engaging conversation with Venar Ayar. He’s an attorney, businessman, and the owner of  Ayar Law, a law firm that specializes in audit defense, appeals, tax debt relief, unfiled tax returns, foreign bank accounts, criminal tax defense, and unpaid payroll taxes.

Consistent Expansion Through Scailing Passion

Venar specializes in everything related to taxes. He is one of the most respected tax lawyers within the legal community. His ability to work hard and play has provided a unique approach to business and a singular vision when it comes to spotting business opportunities. Within 6 months he went from 100 clients to over 2,500.

Fortunately, Venar was put in a position to scale very fast. Due to his other business ventures, he quickly shifts the talent he already has and is familiar with, to other projects where they will also perform exceptionally. His only constraint recently was the ability to scale up with talented people. Something that’s being resolved with the help of an excellent staffing company (wink wink) and their amazing offshore international prospects. “If you have lots of good and smart people, you’ll need to find ways to employ them and keep making business, and money”.

Delegation + Good Management = More Business

Venar states that knowing how to take resources at your disposal and get them working together is essential. With a good team to whom he can delegate and committed management, you can be sure time will be more plentiful. More time for business and more time to spend with his loved ones.

Mistakes are sure to be made, just like Venar shares with Joe. Trying to do everything by yourself and being stubborn about getting help, will cost you time and money. Mistakes are good, they are the greatest learning tool ever invented. Mistakes are part of our business and our day-to-day lives, the secret it’s not repeating them.

Delegating and expanding his team with virtual assistants was a game-changer for Venar. He seized the opportunity and implemented the “GSU Enterprise Program“. This allowed him to scale up at a much more rapid and efficient pace. The vetting process helped make his life easier and granted him outstanding virtual international employees. Onboarding people correctly is hard. “Onboarding is where you make it or break it“. Now, the expansion is just another project for him, with talented people, he can do anything.
