Cultivating a Culture of Excellence

Thanks to her military experience, Kayla is a Leadership and Legal Administration expert who brings her knowledge to the “civilian” world, helping clients scale their firms and build the law firm of their dreams. Leadership has always been Kayla’s passion and the transition between the military world and the law practice world allowed her to leverage and better connect with her clients.

Incorporating elements of the U.S. Navy SEALS into the legal world pushed forward Kayla’s leadership growth path tenfold. Building a strong camaraderie and nurturing a culture of excellence became an integral part of building her own law firm and distinguishing herself from the competition.
