Becoming the Boss You’ve Always Wanted To Have
She opened her firm in the middle of Covid after working at jobs she felt underappreciated and decided to start a business where she could be the leader she always wanted to have. She values a great working environment where everyone is treated with respect and appreciation. Constantly nurturing her virtual and in-house team equally and building a strong machine to provide the best service to her clients.
Melissa’s team works remotely, except if absolutely necessary or if clients request to meet in person, but it’s not very common. Melissa understands how efficient remote work can provide great results without the need to be in the office. Video meetings with her staff are constant, and she also schedules time for her team to have one-on-one conversations to ask her questions, resolve any issues, and celebrate achievements.
