Building Rapport With Your VA
After learning about GSU’s offshore staff from her colleagues, she hired her first virtual assistant. After attending a couple of insightful meetings to determine the best profile for her firm, she identified the perfect candidate for her business: someone proactive, organized, empathetic, and with a good sense of humor. To speed up her VA’s learning curve, she identified which documents go with certain procedures and created a matrix that is easy to understand. Katherine highlights that, in her practice area, the priority is to look for quality clients rather than volume.
