This time, our featured guest is Cesar Quintero. Cesar Quintero is the CEO of The Profit Recipe. A consulting firm dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to evolve by guiding them through the E-Volution Flywheel. As well as, to define their purpose and grow as a leader, team, and business.
Originally from Venezuela, Cesar tells Joe, the host, his amazing story of how he left his country at the age of 24. Recently married and with big entrepreneurial dreams, Cesar came to the U.S. and started a business in the food industry. Since then in 2012 he launched two other companies and in 2018 he launched a consulting firm. Through his firm, Cesar helps entrepreneurs go through the same stages that he went through. He has 8 associated and 8 partners in his firm, and they are all actively helping over 100 companies get traction and skills to become successful entrepreneurs.

Joe asks Cesar his opinion with regard to working with off-shore talent. Cesar responds that it has been great, however, he had to adjust his mindset and realize that although virtual assistants work remotely, they are a part of the team as a local member. They need to go through the same onboarding process and participate in team activities. It is great to have great talent, at a great price, who deliver great results.
Lastly, Cesar tells Joe an exciting synopsis of his new book, The Profit Recipe. Based on over 100 cases, it focuses on five stages for entrepreneurs to achieve by design, lead by design, and live life by design.
