This time, our Candid Convos featured guest is Paul Seabrook. Paul is a family law attorney, with focus in divorce cases, and founder of Seabrook Law Offices in San Jose, California.

In this episode, Paul and Carlos, the host, discuss the role of a virtual marketing assistant within his law firm. As a firm owner, Paul has many responsibilities and didn’t have enough time to attend to all his administrative tasks. During the pandemic, Paul started looking for ways to continue growing. However, in order to stay up with times, and have a remote team, he hired a full-time virtual marketing assistant through Get Staffed Up.

Paul tells Carlos that his virtual marketing assistant is from Honduras, and how she has helped him expand his firm’s presence online. Furthermore, she has a professional approach and fits in with the team seemlessly. Lastly, Paul tells how having a marketing assistant has added inmense value to the law firm. For instance, she works 40 hours a week on the firm’s marketing and social media platforms. In addition, other tasks she attends to include email follow-up campaigns, emailing monthly newsletters, making sure potential new clients have the resources they need to help them get out of a bad marriage, and more.
