Candid Convos with Steve Fretzin

Candid Convos with Steve Fretzin and our Brand Ambassador, Alina Lopez.

We’re so excited to share with you our newest episode of Candid Convos, where we discuss virtual staffing in the new remote economy with a lawyer, or other business owners, who utilize virtual staff. This time, our featured guest is Steve Fretzin, a three-time author, host of Be That Lawyer Podcast, and top business development coach for ambitious attorneys. Steve has helped hundreds of attorneys in the past 16 years to double their books through highly engaging programs created specifically for attorneys.

In this episode, Steve and Alina discuss his experience of working virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic.  They talked about the difficulties he faced as a business coach, and also some of the good things learned. One similarity Steve has with GSU is making lawyers his niche market. Steve tells us how important business segmentation is because it allows you to become an expert in your field.

What the future holds

Steve believes that due to the pandemic, the virtual space has created opportunities for him and his business. These include national exposure, online workshops, and ease of communication with clients. Steve and Alina agree that this situation has given business and law firm owners a chance to look at businesses with a microscope; and see how to strategize for the future.

Many of our clients have found value in saving labor costs; by hiring virtual assistants and using those funds to improve marketing and advertising. Lastly, they speak about how the transition to a remote workforce might seem intimidating. However, with the right support and hardworking virtual employees, it can be a seamless process.
