Candid Convos with Raymond Carrero

Candid Convos with Raymond Carrero and our Brand Ambassador, Alina Lopez.

We are happy to share with you a brand-new episode of Candid Convos with our special guest, Raymond Carrero. As you may know, in our candid convos, we interview existing Get Staffed Up clients, law firm owners, and small business owners. We ask them to share their experience working with a virtual assistant, and we get to know them and their career journeys too.

Attorney and founder of Raymond Carrero, P.A. , Raymond Carrero, is based in Miami, Florida. They practice law in the fields of Real Estate and Commercial Litigation. In the Real Estate field, the firm works on litigation and also does transactional work.

In this interview, Alina from GSU’s marketing department asked Raymond about the firm’s goals. He shared that they set their goals based on how many of these said Real Estate transactions they want to run yearly. Other internal goals include how many files they want to process, weekly, monthly, and yearly, among other things. Raymond stressed that achieving these goals requires a support team.

As a part of his team, Raymond has a Get Staffed Up virtual administrative assistant named Oscar. He works at Raymond’s firm remotely from his home in Mexico. Some of the daily tasks delegated to Oscar include handling Raymond’s calendar, and scheduling appointments and meetings with clients. He also does all the paperwork for Raymond’s cases.

“He frees up more time. So, the more time that I delegate work for him, the less time that I have to be doing those tasks, and that helps me concentrate on the things that make more money.” – Raymond Carrero

Raymond agrees that Oscar has brought added value to his firm. He also mentioned that the GSU mission of helping lawyers and business owners delegate their way to freedom was surely accomplished based on his experience.

“I’m impressed that he is very well educated, well spoken, and my clients all give good feedback on his customer service skills. I’m happy about that because, as you know, good help is hard to find.” – Raymond Carrero
