Candid Convos – How To Work With A Virtual Staff [Featuring Guest Jonah Zweig]

Candid Convos with Jonah Zweig and Get Staffed Up's CEO and Co-Founder, Brett Trembly.

We are delighted to share with you our newest episode of Candid Convos featuring Jonah Zweig! In this show, we usually discuss virtual staffing with our clients, some of whom are lawyers and other business owners located in the U.S. Yet, for this episode, we decided to make an interesting change. Instead of inviting an actual Get Staffed Up client to chat with us and tell us about their experience working virtually, we decided to interview from a different perspective outside of GSU.

Jonah Zweig is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Zweig Law Firm, P.C. He has guided the firm in its Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Appellate Law practice in the areas of New York and New Jersey. At his young age, he already belongs to America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys. Jonah was also selected to Rising Stars in 2019 and 2020. This peer designation is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state, taking into account peer recognition, professional achievement in legal practice, and other cogent factors.

Jonah shared during the interview with Brett, one of the co-founders of Get Staffed Up, that nowadays, his team is formed by half a dozen people, such as attorneys, partners, and support staff. And just as Get Staffed Up, they’ve had the functionality of working remotely. The Zweig Law Firm firmly believes in being able to stay present (in a way) wherever their clients and matters are. Brett and Jonah agreed that this aspect placed the firm ahead during the rising COVID pandemic situation.

Brett also expressed that, as for Get Staffed Up being a virtual company with international assistants doing complete work remotely, the COVID-19 pandemic was convenient. It pushed virtual and remote work into consciousness while also placing the company ahead a decade. Both Brett and Jonah agree that many attorneys should start adapting to this remote system; they are convinced it will be the future of businesses and firms.
