The Entrepreneur Way Podcast

On April 11, 2020, we had the privilege of being the featured guest on The Entrepreneur Way podcast. This podcast is hosted by Neil Ball, who, episode after episode, shares his knowledge with want to be entrepreneurs and other entrepreneurs who already have a business and need some additional guidance to take it to the next level.

In this episode, the Get Staffed Up co-founder Brett Trembly and Neil discuss it is only work if you are not enjoying what you are doing. They talk about analyzing what you really want in life and finding how you can merge that with your day-to-day activities of being productive and providing value to your fellowmen, and making a good living out of it. They have really cool insights on how 80% of the hang-up in any business is the mindset of the owner and why entrepreneurs shouldn’t try to be Superman or Superwoman by doing everything themselves instead of delegating tasks and being more productive and happy.

Brett mentions how fear is betting against yourself. He thought back through his life, and there is not one thing that he has ever encountered that he was not able to overcome. So, his mindset is: “why to be afraid of the future? Why would I be afraid of taking risks when I’ve never encountered something that I couldn’t overcome, not just by myself but with the help of other people”.

At Get Staffed Up, we staff your law firm with incredible, full-time, offshore virtual assistants in three key areas: Administrative Virtual Assistant, Marketing Virtual Assistant, and Clerical Virtual Assistant. Our mission is simple: to help lawyers delegate their way to freedom. We were founded by two lawyers who thought that running a law firm should be insanely joyful (we’re changing lives, after all) – but didn’t find that joy until their teams were sufficiently large enough so that the lawyers only focused on what was important to them.
