Happy 3rd Anniversary to Profit With Law! Our dear friend, client, and affiliate program member Moshe Amsel, celebrates this achievement with a special anniversary episode of his Podcast, Profit with Law. In this episode, he has compiled highlights from the most popular episodes throughout the years. We had the privilege of being featured in this special anniversary edition.

Profit with Law is a podcast focused on the business of running a law firm as a profitable venture. It proves that there are better and different ways for a law firm to do business and be successful. On August 27th, 2020, Brett Trembly, attorney and co-founder of Get Staffed Up was a guest on Profit with Law. In that episode, Brett and Moshe talked about how a small law firm can double its revenue with virtual staff members. They addressed all the hesitations of hiring. And shared how you can use virtual staff to jumpstart the growth of your law firm.

Furthermore, Brett shared his believe that in order to grow, you must first hire an assistant. In other words, by trying to do everything yourself, you will never be able to scale. This is because you cannot spend the requisite amount of time on the 10% of tasks that actually bring in the revenue. It is only once you have delegated all administrative tasks to a virtual assistant that you are able to focus on legal work and, therefore, on the billable hour.

Burned out and overworked?

Moshe and Brett addressed all the hesitations about hiring and insourcing off-shore full-time virtual assistants. During their conversation, they answered key hiring questions. For example, do you want to hire someone, but are scared to make the investment?; and Do you feel like you have to do everything? If you answered yes to any of these questions, don’t miss this amazing episode.

It was really fun to be a part of the Profit With Law Podcast – which you can listen to HERE.
