Instead, it is about being with yourself and clearing your mind early in the morning. This allows you to respond, and not react to daily matters. A Setback or an Opportunity?
Aaron talks about a moment in his life that taught him a life-changing lesson. Before becoming a successful podcast host and business mentor, he and his family had a major setback. An external factor, out of Aaron’s control, took over his professional life and took everything away from him. At this point, he decided to be grateful for what he had, rather than dwell on what he did not have. And one day, while flying to a new country, he meditated, looked inward, and found an opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.
