This time, our featured guest is Jenny Bradley, owner of Triangle Smart Divorce, a divorce, mediation, and family law firm based in Cary, North Carolina. We don’t always interview clients, but today’s episode is one of our happy Get Staffed Up clients.

In this episode, Brett and Jenny discuss how Get Staffed Up is not about replacing jobs, but adding more bandwidth to your business, about having better margins so you can breathe and not constantly be worried about payroll; having a virtual assistant who you could delegate tasks to, so you can focus on how to get more clients and on your business’s core activities. One of the lessons Jenny first learned when opening her own law firm was to leverage her time and leverage technology to be more productive and grow her revenue. They agreed that having a business coach also helps to maintain a growth mindset to keep getting better and better.

They also shared pretty cool insights on how not having an assistant, means you are the assistant. It is important to make your virtual assistants part of the team, to make them feel like they are in the office. For this, communication is essential as having daily morning huddles where all the team shares what they are currently working on. Also, you need to make sure they have the right tools and technology to perform their work.
