They discuss how important it is not to be afraid of hiring a personal/executive virtual assistant (to whom you can delegate most of your tasks). Working with a virtual assistant can help grow your business and save money on the overhead of office space.
They also share incredible insights about how easy it is to start a business nowadays, but it is hard to grow and maintain a business. You need a good business coach and a growth mindset. A growth mindset includes not worrying about what others may think if you fail — they are not thinking of you as much as you think. That is just your ego talking.
