Get Staffed Up Secures Spot on Inc. 5000 List for Third Consecutive Year with a Remarkable 1,039% Three-Year Growth

Get Staffed Up Inc 5000 list

Inc. has revealed that Get Staffed Up ranks No. 433 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, once again marking the third year in a row that the company has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The Inc. 5000 list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, offering a unique glimpse into the success of the most dynamic segment of the American economy—its independent businesses. Notably, companies like Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, and Patagonia first gained national recognition as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

“We are beyond excited to be recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for the third consecutive year,” said Brett Trembly, CEO and co-founder of Get Staffed Up. Indeed, this achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our incredible team and the exceptional talent we continue to recruit from around the world. Moreover, our growth is not just about numbers; it’s about the impact we are making by providing smarter staffing solutions to our clients.”

The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. Remarkably, among this year’s top 500 companies, the average median three-year revenue growth rate is 1,637 percent. In total, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 874,458 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

For complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, location, and other criteria, go to www.inc.com/inc5000. All 5000 companies are featured on Inc.com starting Tuesday, August 13, and the top 500 appear in the new issue of Inc. magazine, available on newsstands beginning Tuesday, August 20.

“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” says Mike Hofman, who recently joined Inc. as editor-in-chief. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways that companies are transforming sectors, from health care and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller. Congratulations to this year’s honorees, as well, for growing their businesses fast despite the economic disruption we all faced over the past three years, from supply chain woes to inflation to changes in the workforce.”

Get Staffed Up is the leading virtual staffing company for lawyers and law firms in the United States. Incredibly, in just six years, GSU has built an internal team of close to 200 employees and has placed over 900 international team members in full-time positions with law firms and other small and medium-sized businesses throughout North America. With this momentum, the long-term goal of creating 2,000 full-time jobs for the top 1% of the English-speaking workforce worldwide, Get Staffed Up is revolutionizing the demand for offshore highly skilled talent.

The past year has been particularly momentous for Get Staffed Up. For instance, Trembly’s book, “24 Months to Freedom” launched in 2023, recently celebrated its first anniversary and has become a bestseller on Amazon. This book serves as a guide for law firms, helping them hire smart and start with seven key positions for 24 months: executive assistants, legal assistants, intake specialists, billing clerks, marketing assistants, client happiness coordinators (customer support), and receptionists. Furthermore, looking ahead, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of Virtual Case Managers powered by Get Staffed Up, which will provide specialized case managers to personal injury attorneys. As such, Get Staffed Up continually strives to better serve both current and new markets. In addition, in the coming months, we plan to recruit from new countries to further support the legal community.
