Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, you will be in charge of creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and fulfill our company’s goals. You will manage a team of marketing experts, including the Director of Marketing, and engage with other departments to achieve marketing alignment and synergy. As Vice President of Marketing, you will create brand and marketing strategies, allocate work to the marketing team, define and meet goals, and build relationships with the media and clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an extraordinary leader, and has extensive knowledge of various marketing channels and approaches.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage public relations and analyst connections actively.
- Build lead generation programs employing marketing channels and tools such as account-based marketing and other enterprise-focused data-driven marketing strategies.
- Set short-term and long-term objectives for internal teams.
- Prepare frequent marketing analytics reports and presentations for the CEO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and operations to ensure that marketing initiatives are linked and cohesive.
- Conduct market research and analysis to uncover trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, and then transform these findings into effective strategies
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all marketing and communication channels.
- Manage the marketing budget and distribute resources wisely to maximize ROI and accomplish targeted results.
- Testing concepts and assessing results to make data-driven judgments and alter the plan
- Creating, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in accordance with the plan, as well as defining and implementing criteria to measure campaign effectiveness
- Create a culture of creativity, cooperation, and constant learning within the marketing team.
- Build and maintain excellent connections with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration branding, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of five years experience as VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing, or a similar role in the Marketing industry.
- Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, strategy execution, budgeting, company growth, and sales.
- You are skilled at establishing rapport and communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
- Success in planning and implementing effective marketing initiatives that drive corporate growth.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, as well as a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in measuring and optimizing campaign performance utilizing marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, KPI, and related software.
