The holidays are a special time of the year. Thanksgiving and Christmas bring about opportunities that don’t exist at any other time. This holiday season, be sure to express thanks to your friends and family by taking the time to connect with them and show affection.

If you train and integrate your new employee during a busy season, such as the holiday season, there is reason to believe that the training cost will be lower as compared to a slower season.
