On June 16, 2020, we had the privilege of being the featured guest on the Lawyer Lifestyle podcast. This podcast is hosted by Dave Scriven-Young, a Chicago attorney on a daily journey to discover key principles in the areas of marketing, sales, and leadership. It always features successful solos and companies and the tools and strategies needed to crush chaos and make more money.

In this episode, Brett and Dave discuss how to grow your law firm with the help of a virtual assistant (VA). Brett shares how his law firm has grown from one attorney in 2011 to ten attorneys and twenty employees, representing some of the largest businesses in the eastern United States. The company, named Trembly Law Firm, made Law Firm 500 list (with 444.27% growth), and this year they qualified to receive Inc. 5000 award as well. They also share pretty cool insights about leadership and marketing skills for lawyers and how to delegate tasks effectively to VA.

At Get Staffed Up, we staff your law firm with incredible, full-time, offshore virtual assistants in three key areas: Administrative Virtual Assistant, Marketing Virtual Assistant, and Clerical Virtual Assistant. Our mission is simple: to help lawyers delegate their way to freedom. We were founded by two lawyers who thought that running a law firm should be insanely joyful (we’re changing lives, after all) – but didn’t find that joy until their teams were sufficiently large enough so that the lawyers only focused on what was important to them.
