One of the most common objections we get from lawyers about outsourcing work offshore is, “am I even allowed to hire someone from another country?” Bottom line: it’s fine (and specifically approved).
If you’re like us and you’d prefer having a highly-qualified $8.00/hour employee read the article for you and tell you what it says, then you’re in luck. In fact, for about $12.00 of staff time, this entire email came together with my simple instruction to one of our offshore employees: please find out what the ABA says about offshore staffing and send me a synopsis in writing. Done.
Sound incredible? It is. Sound like if you had a few of these highly-qualified, motivated, friendly staff members, you could finally have time to do whatever it is you’d like to do. Plus, send out emails to clients and referral sources. Plus, manage your email? Plus, be home for dinner and see your kids on time? It’s all possible.
I wish I had known about outsourcing offshore sooner, but I didn’t. Now I’m one of the lucky ones to enjoy my business AND my life and keep the two separate. It exists, and it isn’t too good to be true.
Most people will bury their heads in the sand and spend the next 10 years drifting (working hard, to be sure, but on the hamster wheel, running harder each day, expecting different results). Sadly, their business will look the same in 2029 as it did in 2019. I don’t need to belabor the point because it doesn’t matter. The question is, what will you do?
I’m confident enough to say all of this and not take your reaction personally. A better life and business are right in front of you. I’m never going to apologize for trying to make your life better. All you have to do is send us an email to learn more.
